it's been 3 days since my last post. i'd been racking my fuzzy brain to think of something interesting to write about, but my gray cells just won't cooperate. so maybe it's a good thing that zarine tagged me with this meme. hopefully this will last me through the weekend.

i always peek at daisy's site because i pick up a lot of pointers from her posts and i like to get updated about urban life in prague. i picked this one in particular (Bad Hair day) because it made me chuckle. in an effort to be helpful, she cut her hubby's hair with near-disastrous results. as a follow-up, i also cite her subsequent post, because she had the guts to show her hubby's pics after the deed was done. and of course her hubby must be commended for his forbearance.

twisted kai's perky note on 300 reminded me of the simple things that i take pleasure in (but seem to have neglected lately). plus she has a quirky way of pointing out things, and watch out — this sassy girl has a mind of her own.

hard to believe this girl is only 16. she's going through the usual mind-bending, angst-ridden dilemmas that every teenager goes through, but she's articulate and spunky, with enough whip-smart sass to charm her readers.
