"scully" on X-Files 2, other things

X-Files: I Want to Belive is set to hit the theaters sometime in the last week of July or early August , depending on where you are, and the buzz is already starting to grow for this second X-Files film.

i, for one, am already mentally gearing myself up for this. it will be good to see Gillian “Scully” Anderson and David “Mulder” Duchovny again as they reprise their roles as TV-dom’s most intriguing FBI pair.

here’s an amusing short interview featuring gillian anderson, where she talks about the movie and her recent activities, among other things. as you can see, she’s rather cagey and too much of a pro to be pinned down by a mere journalist. i think even scully would approve.

here’s a closer glimpse at scully (long hair and all).

she does look good in this shot, but in some of her photos she looks noticeably older. i hope X-Files gets shown here next week.

Several film reviews had popped up online. Some say it’s OK, some say it’s a dud.

i’ve read them too and it scares me because i really don’t want this movie to stumble before it has even started its run.

at any rate, even bad reviews won’t keep me from watching it. aug. 13? yikes, tagal naman. by the time it gets here, we will be overrun by black market DVDs already. bummer!

Scully does look a little younger here. Perhaps it’s the hairstyle? Hehe.

Have you seen it? Kumusta? I’d still wanna watch it no matter what they say, but I’d like to know if it’s worth commuting to the theaters for it.
